Before You Arrive

We want your visit to feel seamless, relaxing, and truly taken care of from the moment you walk in. Here’s everything you need to know before your appointment.

  • Each stylist at Sustainable Soul operates independently and may have their own policies, pricing, and booking structure.

    However, these are a few salon-wide standards we hold to create a consistent, elevated experience for every guest.

    We’ve designed this space to feel calm, intentional, and restorative, and these guidelines help protect that for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • As much as we love your little ones (we truly do 🤍), we do not allow children in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

    There are chemicals, hot tools, and sharp tools being used throughout the day, so this is a salon-wide safety policy.

  • You’ll find us tucked into our cozy little space in Downtown Weatherford at:

    134 York Ave, Weatherford, TX

    There is complimentary street parking directly in front of the salon.

    If those spots are full, there is also a free parking lot just across the street, making it easy to get in and out without any stress.

    We recommend arriving on time so you can fully settle in, get cozy, and enjoy your experience from the moment you walk in.

  • From the moment you walk in, every detail has been thoughtfully considered so you can truly slow down and be taken care of.

    If you’re in for a longer appointment, you’re welcome to order lunch from Yesterdays, and we’ll pick it up for you so you can stay settled and relaxed in your chair.

    We also invite you to ask your stylist about our signature scalp treatments, it is the perfect add-on to elevate your service and complete your time with us!
